2nd Online Workshop on HPC
Topics
In this course, we will cover the following topics (subject to modification):
- Review of remote SSH access and file transfer
- Basics of Git
- Basics of Environment Modules system
- Software building: Yambo (and dependencies)
- In-depth Slurm
Duration
The course, with a duration of 8 hours, will be practical and participants will employ both their PCs and a remote cluster to carry out the exercises. It will take the two afternoons of October the 22nd and 23rd, from 3pm to 7pm.
